Quick Customization Update

I got a sudden boost of inspiration  and fixed things that were blocking me for a while.

I originally put a language selection option because well... I could. It worked perfectly fine but wasn't very usefull for a small project like this one. I can't add more languages myself, other than the two currently available. And more languages means every time a new dare gets added it would need to be translated in every language,   and adding new versions (I've been thinking about that long-distance mode for a while) would require so much work just for the translation.

Sometimes your overthink things and you end up just creating obstacles around yourself that blocks your creativity.

So I made a few quick changes   and uploaded a version 1.01 right away.

Those changes should make the game more customizable,   you (and I!) can now more easily edit existing dares and even add new ones.

-The local_en files contains 4 new lines.  Two lines to indicate to the program how much dares each player has. So you can now add a  "tx_m_dare43" line and adjust the   "last_m_dare" to 43, and your  new personalized dare will show up when you play.

-The last line "skip_special_dare" can be set to  true, this will deactivate the special triggers on dares 0 to 8. Allowing these dares to be edited to something else.

-Finally, the "tx_dare_list_desc" line will now  show     up in the main menu and gives a description of the game mode currently selected. The language option is now renamed to Game Mode, allowing you  to switch between different lists of dares. For now only the same  two lists are available, English and French. BUT...

...All this changes should make it  easier for you to create new custom lists of dares, I did a more detailed explanation    in a comment but basically you duplicate the local_en file and change its  name to fit your new list.   You can then remove/add/edit the dares and your new list will show up in the main menu as another game mode.

I always felt like the game would benefit from players being able to edit dares and add their own. Hopefully these few changes will make it easier to do so if you have the determination ^^.

I am quite busy with several other projects at the same time. But   I  will try to wrap up my list of dares for a long-distance game mode in the coming weeks. (I feel like it needs more dares!)
